All interpreting sessions must be booked in advance through the website, email, or direct communication. Sessions are confirmed only after payment or booking approval. Clients are encouraged to share meeting details in advance for better preparation.
2. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before the scheduled meeting unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary depending on meeting complexity, urgency, duration, and business requirements.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the meeting. Same-day cancellations or missed sessions may be non-refundable.
4. Meeting Duration & Extra Time
Meeting Duration & Additional Time
Each package includes a fixed meeting duration. Additional meeting time may be charged separately based on the selected service package.

All business discussions, negotiations, and shared information are handled professionally and treated as confidential.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients should provide relevant meeting information, agenda, technical terminology, and access details before the session whenever possible.
7. Scope of Service
Scope of Service
Services are limited to language interpreting support and business communication assistance. Final business decisions, legal interpretations, or contractual obligations remain the responsibility of the client.
8. Communication Platforms
Communication Platforms
Remote interpreting may be provided through Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Zoom, or other agreed communication tools.
9. Refund Policy

Refunds may not apply to completed sessions, missed appointments, or same-day cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
Interpreting services are provided professionally and in good faith. However, business outcomes, negotiations, contracts, and commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
